Warriors Of The night

The warriors of the night.

Called to defend those who cannot fight,

they are the guardians of the weak.

Dressed in black from head to toe,

these silent protectors keep watch over us all.

Never asking for recognition or thanks,

they do what must be done to keep us safe.

So if you wake up in the middle of the night and see them standing there,

do not be afraid.

These are the warriors of the night.

They are here to keep us safe.

“The world is a dark and terrible place 

Filled with creatures that should not be 

And ancient forces that seek to enslave us 

We are but pawns in their cosmic game 

Doomed to an eternity of suffering 

And yet, we still cling to our sanity 

In the face of such madness  

For what else can we do but go insane?  

In the darkness, we find our strength 

And in the chaos, we find our purpose

We are the warriors of the night 

The guardians of the weak 

The protectors of the innocent

We are the ones who stand against evil 

And fight for what is right 

No matter the cost

 We are the last line of defense against the forces of darkness 

 And though our numbers may be few, we will never falter 

 We will never surrender

This is our oath, our duty, our purpose 

To fight the good fight, no matter what the odds 

And though we may not win every battle 

We will never give up, never give in

This is our promise to the world 

That as long as there are those who would do harm 

We will be there to stop them  

And we will never rest until evil is defeated

The hope in the despair

you start to tremble as you see them standing there in the middle of the night. Dressed in all black, with an eerie silence surrounding them.

But then you remember what they stand for.

They are the warriors of the night, here to protect us from harm.

And you know that as long as they are standing there, you are safe.

“DON’T LOOK, YOU'RE NOT READY, YOU NEED MORE TIME”

Then in an instance, they're gone as mysteriously as they came.

But you know they will be back, to keep us safe once again.

What were they protecting me from?

I never knew, until it was too late.

They said I wasn't ready, that I needed more time.

But I was curious, and so I snuck a peek.

And what I saw shocked and horrified me. 

An unspeakable evil, lurking in the shadows. 

A force of nature that should not be meddled with. 

But alas, it was too late for me to turn back.  

For once you've seen the things that should not be, 

You can never unsee them again.
